Lena Stühmeier is a painter whose work is characterized by the search for beauty and the depth behind things. Her studio serves as a creative playground where she creates color landscapes in an intuitive, often destructive process. This approach reflects her subconscious and her personal experiences, which are shaped by her role as an artist. Inspired by life, observations and the desire to distance herself from external problems, she searches for an independent aesthetic statement. Her works inspire a rediscovery of beauty and depth and an emotional and visual journey.
Lena Stühmeier (*1996) lives and works in Leipzig. She completed her studies at Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst (HGB) Leipzig in 2021, receiving a diploma in painting. Already during her studies she was part of several group and solo exhibitions and continued her practice afterwards, most recently at Bräuhausgasse Vienna and Horror Vacuii Leipzig.
